Located only a 2 minute walk from the bustling, attractive Moffat High Street with quaint individual shops and cafes. Alternatively, a similar length of walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the town's colourful Station Park with gardens, boating pond and putting green.


Moffat is an historic spa town in the Annandale Valley of Dumfries & Galloway of the Scottish borders. Nestling amidst the beautiful Moffat hills where the scenic Annan and Moffat Water valleys meet below the "Devils Beef Tub" - a stay here is a must. The region is the Holiday Destination of the Year award winner of the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards 2015/16.  Moffat is also Europe's first Dark Sky Town.


The main A701 tourist route to the capital city of Edinburgh passes through the attractive double carriageway High Street. Situated only minutes from the M74 running from Carlisle (and connecting to the M6) in the South and to Glasgow in the North.


The self catering accommodation bedroom can be configured as a double bed or two single beds. The living room hosts a deluxe sofa bed to sleep a further two guests, when required.  A remote control flat screen TV with satellite TV channels and DVD player are also installed. A small library of books and DVDs to suit all tastes are also provided free of charge for you to use during your stay.

The accommodation living space is fully furnished with bed linen, towels and all kitchen crockery, utensils and cutlery.  The kitchen hosts a gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom has a luxurious double shower with electric shower. Whilst the bedroom is furnished with bedside lamps and a digital alarm clock radio.


Double glazing and gas central heating are installed throughout the apartment. An efficient combi-boiler provides instant hot water day or night.  Allocated off-street private resident's parking.
